These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Fuse Link Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a Delaware (USA) corporation operated from Berlin, Germany.
By accessing or using LUNA (useluna.app), including our website, applications, and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must immediately notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
LUNA is an AI-powered visual content platform that generates consistent, high-quality imagery for brands, creators, and businesses. The Service includes:
Service availability: We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate content. Different generation types may consume different amounts of credits.
Paid plans include a monthly credit allocation. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
Credits consumed during content generation are non-refundable, regardless of whether the output meets your expectations. AI-generated results may vary in quality.
We reserve the right to modify any aspect of our pricing and credit system with at least 30 days' notice. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Exception for digital content: By using credits or initiating content generation during the withdrawal period, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for that specific transaction.
How to withdraw: Send a clear statement of withdrawal to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
You retain full ownership of images, photos, and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload your User Content, and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Images created by our AI technology using your inputs ("Generated Content") are owned by you to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. You may use Generated Content for personal use, portfolios, social media, and commercial purposes including e-commerce, marketing materials, and advertising.
You may NOT use Generated Content for creating misleading or fraudulent content, impersonating real individuals without consent, or any illegal purpose.
The Service itself, including its design, features, source code, and underlying technology, is owned by Fuse Link Inc. and protected by international intellectual property laws.
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate visual content. AI-generated results may vary in quality, accuracy, and consistency. Generated content may not perfectly replicate your uploaded subjects. We do not guarantee that results will meet your specific expectations. Credits consumed during generation are non-refundable regardless of output quality.
Workspaces allow team collaboration on the Service. Workspace owners are responsible for managing team access and ensuring all members comply with these Terms. Credits are shared across the workspace.
The Service integrates with third-party providers (including AI, payment, and analytics services). Your use of these integrated services is also subject to their respective terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUSE LINK INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Maximum liability: Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.
Note for EU/EEA consumers: This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fuse Link Inc. from claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Any unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable. Following termination, we retain your data for up to 30 days to allow for account recovery.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, internet failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, or third-party service provider outages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
EU/EEA consumers: You also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days.
For users outside the EU/EEA, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). For EU/EEA consumers, you may bring claims in the courts of your country of residence or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fuse Link Inc. regarding the Service.
